Totally unexpected standings
I know that Eastern is not on the same level as Bay Area but hey, the way they beat TNT early in the conference and how they're just sweeping SMB as always, AND NOW THEM DROPPING TO 7th PLACE says many things. PBA Teams, still, are not to be messed with. It so happened lang talaga na ang napapadala sa EASL ay itong SMB na ito na "too reliant on talent and has no freakng system at all" kaya nagmumukhang mahina at katawa-tawa mga teams tuloy dito. Yan na ba yung champion niyo? Tinatambakan lang. Atleast Meralco was having a good fight back and nananalo against other teams. Imagine if PBA is not going backwards and we adapt to the format of our neighboring asian countries like having multiple imports and kung natuloy lang sana yung pagkuha ng mga asian imports to keep it more exciting and more competitive? Baka napangatawanan talaga yung pagiging pioneer league in all Asia naten. Well, the height-limit for imports have been lifted this season. This could be the start, who knows?
