PCOS LIFE HACKS!?!

I have recently discovered protein shakes. Cheap, low effort, filliing and i am more stable than I have been in years, no blood sugar drops, no insane cravings, no mood swings. Feel stupid for not working this out earlier. Recently added homemade kombucha to my PCOS diet; for when I need something sweet, but not sweet enough to start a swing. It's been a revelation really. Anyone got any of their PCOS nessesities to share?
