BPI Credit Card Fraud
I called BPI Hotline to report a Fraud Transaction in my card, they instantly blocked my card and processed a replacement. The customer support mention that a PHYSICAL CARD was used. Like How???? The card was with me all the time. Possible na ba toh these days??
I have to wait 10 business days for result of this investigation and hoping that they reverse the credit without any hassle.
Any similar experience??
