Unionbank Credit card application inquiry

Hi, I just received a text from a courier saying, "Your package from UnionBank with tracking ... is being processed." I forgot that I had applied for their Platinum Rewards Visa card because I thought my application would be rejected. Now, what should I do about this since UB didn’t even inform me that my application was approved beforehand?
