Mistake at work
So I messed up terribly at work. I told something about one of our superiors to a coworker who is new just to let her know and exercise caution. Guess what? That coworker of mine told our manager about everything I said. Snitch in other words. Nagalit si anteh mo. Syempre, kahit totoo naman yung sinabi mo, nagsorry na lang din ako and he accepted it, nagkapatawaran na kami but lo and behold, the issue spread like wildfire sa buong opisina. Not gonna lie, masakit sa akin dahil I will no longer enjoy the same trust by my coworkers. Maayos naman ako magtrabaho pero for sure, may maririnig ako sa kanila.
Ayoko pang umalis sa kumpanya kasi may pangarap talaga akong position. But given the hit sa aking reputation, what do you think should I do? Should I resign or just don't mind the brunt of the gossips that they have against me?
Help kasi I'm really scared of what people will say.
