Struggle Mag Zone 2!!!
First time ko (M28) mag TRUE Zone 2 run na tinatrack ko yung heart rate ko (according to Garmin nasa 122-142 bpm, idk if thats on the good side or bad side haha). Tapos na tumakbo jowa ko nasa 4k palang ako haha so I ended up stopping at 6k, baka naiinip na siya 😭
Previous attempts ko, I'd always get impatient and end up going tempo or over. Ego gets in the way talaga kasi nakakapressure makakita ng pace that's so much slower than what you know you can do. Any tips on how to do longer, slower runs?
