effective ba ang plyometrics?
Currently nagtry ng half marathon nung weekend.
Observation:
Kaya ng lungs ko pero hindi kaya ng tuhod.
Hindi naman siya nasakit in 5k, 10k, and 15k,
Will plyometrics help or sa running shoes sya?
