Rage Monster!!
Yall....when I PMS I cannot for the life of me control my emotions. I get so pissed off at things that are inconveniences...I snap at my spouse. I am a bottle of rage juice. Sure I can meditate, workout, etc but omg the anger is still there....and boom. The moment I bleed, it's gone and I feel human again. I just...I don't know how to control myself. It's not just my spouse it's my friends, coworkers, etc. For 4 days every month I just wanna isolate completely so I don't say something I'll regret later.
Idk what to do 😭
