June/July ineligible forbearance on PAYE?

I've seen others have had a similar problem but haven't seen any final resolution or suggestions on what to do..

I've been on PAYE, so no SAVE issues. But was placed on forbearance when Mohela transitioned my PLSF ~6/2024. It was automatic and I never requested it. No payments were due until 8/2024. I even made manual payments June, July thinking it might help

It is my understanding these should count, correct? Should I just wait at this point or are people doing anything else to try to get it fixed faster?
