Mohela long wait times?!

Has anyone had luck getting thru to MOHELA the past few days? And if so how long did you wait compared to their estimate wait time? I have tried calling Mohela several times and have been getting a 2-4hr estimated wait each time. I had to go back to work so selected the prompt for someone to call me back, and that still hasn't happened. I've never gotten these crazy wait estimates, usually it's just a few minutes.

I'm calling about my account still being in "past due" status even though my autopay was taken out last week from my bank account, and it was my 120th payment for my remaining loans (since I still haven't gotten them to respond to my reconsid request for the last June/July debacle that I have in writing WOULD count...). I know I posted about this last week and someone directed me to the MOHELA FAQ that says autopay could take 2-4 business days to display on the account, but this has never happened before to me. I always have my online account updated the same day as my autopay is taken out of my bank account. I submitted an online contact form and also haven't gotten a response. I'm so frustrated and worried that this is coincidentally happening as of last week...
