How to get my save back

I could’ve sworn that I signed in with my Nintendo account when I first created an account. Got a new phone, went to sign in and no data exist. I do have a receipt from when I purchased the premium pass. Anyone go through something similar and get their profile back? And no, I didn’t save the support Id on the home screen
