Deck suggestion for expert battle - DarkRai Ex and Weavile Ex using a deck with only Psychic pokemon

I've attempted this battle with the tried and tested mewtwo ex gardevoir deck + mew ex, and just kept losing 5 times in a row. The AI keeps evolving weavile ex and rolls through my mewtwo or mew way before I can get gardevoir online.

Is there a better psychic deck to use for this challenge?
