Just started playing today

What packs should I be opening? Any tips? I know what the meta consists of but I’m hoping for a more casual experience. I really want a good dragon deck with dragonite. Maybe a water deck to compliment it with magneton to give me electric energies. I know it’s probably a greedy deck and harder to make but that’s what drew me to the game in the first place. Any help is appreciated.
