How do you get out of a panic attack?

Hi all,

I experienced my first panic attack yesterday morning, another one during the evening and a couple during the night before another one this morning.

I can't find a good way to get out of them. I've tried breathing exercises, tried calming music and tried placing my thoughts in a calmer place, but nothing seems to work until the attack naturally subsides.

Any advice? This is quite new to me. I'm used to getting heavy anxiety suddenly but nothing like this
