Help explaining?

A few months ago I was spending the night at my moms and this weird situation occurred. I randomly woke up to the kitchen cabinet slamming shut. Me being absolutely terrified I walked past the kitchen to my mom’s room where I laid down on the floor. After a few minutes I hear what sounds like all the dishes in the sink crashing down against each other. A few minutes later I hear what sounds like dragging outside the door. Now I live with my mom again and always have a lingering feeling over me
