Curious what other parents would do in this situation

Our daughter is 8y/o with adhd and ocd. On antibiotics now for possible PANDAS.

This morning she set her alarm for 5:30. She proceeded to get up and “fix us breakfast” despite the fact that we have asked her multiple times not to go in the pantry without asking first. (We’ve had lots of problems with her going in and sneaking stuff she’s not supposed to) I had a suspicion she was going to do this because she told me to “Stay in bed until I tell you to come in!” So I told her I would just like a bowl of cereal please. (I really didn’t I was just trying to be nice) When I went in she had a plate with marshmallows, granola, cookies, and a valentine cookie with tons of icing on it. Then she had a bowl of cereal but she put marshmallows in it! She does not take no for an answer. We’re just at a loss. She doesn’t listen to ANYTHING you say.

Curious what other parents would do in this situation?

I love the fact that she was trying to do something nice but she always has to do it HER WAY and go above and beyond what she’s supposed to. It’s exhausting.

p.s. the valentine cookie was from church. We usually don’t keep that kind of stuff in the house because we try to limit her sugar.
