I need some help, I’m struggling here.

I’m currently in T10 maps and level 80 Flicker Strike. My survivability is meh and damage is good. My problem is that I need some gear upgrades and when I search the trade site the pieces I need start at a divine.

I’ve ran the same monk for 227 hours (that’s a lot of hours for one character I know but I’m new to PoE) I have yet to have a single divine to drop. I have 120+ increased rarity and if I get 1 exalt on a map it’s been a good map. I get extremely lucky and had 3 drop last night. What am I doing wrong? I use orbs on the maps, I’ve hit every breach and delirium I can find (not a single splinter and I’ve hit every clasped hand I see) and I’m honestly just to the point that this is becoming a meaningless pissing in the wind.
