Suggestion to greatly reduce scamming

In the first place I think we should have some sort of auction house or vastly more streamlined trading system that exists, rather than the bronze age system that we have now, BUT if the game developers insist that we have to keep doing the interaction where we whisper them, invite them, go to their place, trade, then this at the very least will help reduce scamming by a lot.

You know how when you get a whisper from a potential buyer asking you for an item, when you go pick that item up from your stash it is highlighted with a border?

Make that same highlight also visible to whoever made the whisper. So on a technical level, you clicking that whisper button on the trade website will not only link the correct item to the player who has the item, it will also temporarily link it to you the buyer.

That way if the item has the border you know it is guaranteed to be the exact same item you whispered for, and if for some reason the seller puts up an item that does not have a border it will be your queue to look very very carefully if there is anything different about the item they put on the screen.
