Fate of Zephyr's parents

Hi guys, I finished the interro a week ago and still have some questions. Zephyr mentions being in the orphanage at a young age, and her parents having died in a plane crash. But on her profile, a pair of divorced parents is mentioned. She also talks about her moms in the interro. Did all of her parents die somehow? or was she adopted by a later divorced couple? I am not sure
