Cold turkey Paxil 20mg

I’m on day 5 cold turkey because of suicidal thoughts. Feel like I’m barely alive. Feels like stomach virus mixed with the flu plus dizziness. Any tips? If I can survive this I’ll never take Paxil again. Currently the only thing I can eat is shaved ice and ever changing whatever sounds good for the 5 mins I’m eating it. 😭 If anyone’s considering definitely take time off work. I’m barely making it there as well.
