Looking to buy a prebuilt pc

As the title says I wanna buy a pc, problem is I've never owned one and honestly have no idea what to buy. I know I need a monitor and the pc itself but what else? Also could someone recommend any good builds? Price isn't a problem(nothing above 2.5k preferably). Also what is a good site to buy from?
