Wanting to build a new PC

I have already: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30-36

Corsair RM850e

And a case

I was originally going to go for a 4070ti super but I'm going to try and get my hands on the new 5070 if it benchmarks well. Which CPU and motherboard is recommended and should it be compatible with the parts I have already?
