Chexy is a joke!
I recently set up my credit card to pay my rent via Chexy e-transfer. They never included the custom memo as part of the initial set up and my payment now has gone to my landlord without it (who is a management company and receive thousands of payments). I now have no proof nor a receipt to proof this payment to my landlord! I contacted their support and they don’t want to admit that setting up the memo should part of the initial workflow to avoid such issue.
Has anyone faced such issue and how did you solve it?
