5’1 121lbs circuit training 3x a week 7,000-10,000 steps a day always tired. Help!
I’m 25 and 5’1 and 121Lbs currently working on body recomp currently at 31% body fat looking to be at 23%. I do circuit training with heavy weights 3x a week and I walk 10,000 steps a day and will throw in an event run maybe once a month so a random 5k or 15k. I’m trying to see if anyone else feels just exhausted all the time and if you have found anything that helps this. I eat 1500-1700 calories a day and have one scoop of sweat ethics hydration supplement a day. I am not anemic and everything looks great except my sodium was technically low but my doctor didn’t even bring it up so maybe I just recover poorly? I sleep on average 7 hours a night. I’m so tired like last night after the gym I just went home and laid in bed and went to sleep at about 8:45.
