5’1, 157lbs, 28, help

Hi! I have always been in and out of the gym—and since I’m a student I’ve been working around my exam schedules meaning on exam weeks I don’t go often. Since December, I’ve made it a goal to walk 10,000 steps 5x a week which I kept up with pretty well. Recently, this past week I switched over to doing 30-40 minutes in the stair master at 4-6 speed. I have been made a consistent effort to eat healthier, and increase my protein intake as well.

I have recently felt very bad about the weight I have gained since school started, and I would like to feel more confident. I want to slim my waist and also gain some booty muscle. Please any tips or tricks would be much appreciated it. I want to shred the extra body fat and feel more comfortable in my skin.
