Speaker Romualdez suspiciously interfering with Mandaue City LGU by requesting a transfer for the city's treasurer to Navotas. Such treasurer has been performing very well for several years. Mandaue City is not within the speaker's jurisdiction. There is also a connection between the Romualdez's and the opposition planning to run this election.

Speaker Romualdez wife is the sister of Board Member Ouano's wife. PB Ouano is the brother of Cong Lolypop Ouano who is planning to take over the City.

Looks like PBBM is starting to place his pawns on the ground to have better leverage of the country.
