Wala bang gagawin si Mayor Joy Belmonte sa mga nagtitinda sa litex na nag-occupy ng mga 2-3 lanes sa commonwealth?

I know having too much private cars and inefficient public transportation are major parts of our traffic problem, but in our current context, why isn’t Mayor Joy Belmonte doing anything with the fact that cart vendors are taking up around 3 lanes in Commonwealth Ave, making a bottleneck / chokepoint that is causing standstill traffic? Hahaha
