Adding snow effect?
So took these two photos of my car when it was snowing a little last year. I wish I took a video and just took stills from it if I wanted photos. Is anyone able to straighten up the photos cause the car is a little on the slant but also add a animated effect like it is lightly snowing? If that's even possible?
