Is this normal..?

Got my industrial piercing 6 days ago, I’ve been good at not sleeping on it, keeping hair away from it, cleaning it twice a day with saline wound wash, and not touching it. I have bumped it a few times, but overall been good at not hitting it or snagging it on anything. Just seen a lot of bad stories with industrial piercings and terrified of this getting infected, bumps, or keloids. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🥲
