Has anyone managed to change their appeasement option?

I originally picked cash thinking it would be the safest option and that a battery replacement would take too long. Turns out the battery replacement is easier and doesn't involve Payoneer.

I asked in an email to change to a battery replacement and was refused. I gave a reply back hoping they can figure something out, but I'm not holding my breath.

I know I can use the cash for a battery replacement, but I was also told by the repair shop that the free repair has a newer batch of batteries reserved just for that. The paid service will get the older batch. Plus I'd like to avoid Payoneer.
