Caramelized onions are the only thing that could have made it better

Sicilian w/broccoli rabe (w garlic), cherry peppers, buratta and grande mozzarella. I made a poolish the day before, fridge the poolish overnight and then made the dough and baked it off all in one shot the next day. For basically a one-day pie, it came out way better than I thought it would.
