Is this considered abuse?

It's a 22L planted bowl,with tons of plants(water wisteria,few types of rotala,a Anubis gold Nana somewhere back there and like a dozen floaters, don't worry there are two feeding portals up there from which he gets the air and food).

This is a 7 month old bowl, added the fish 2 months ago,i conduct water change every 6-7 days and ammonia is always zero.
