Please make other heroes better, not dooley worse

Dooley is in a top spot right now, and I'm not talking about meta, but build diversity.

For ranked it has plenty of A tier viable builds. For janking arround it has a pletora of cool buildarrounds and paths that work.

This mainly due to good stats on good items.

Make vanessa and Pyg feel this way by buffing stats for core itens for different build paths.

Also, buff bronze numbers. It makes no sense for katana to do FOUR damage while the small dooley weapon that charges has 40.

Vanessa in theory could go treb, weaterglass, ammo, weapon-spam, dam, monoweapon, slow, burn...

But not all builds are even viable on casual. Buff numbers, maybe add a 1sec charge here and there, rework a skill to fit its path..

Pyg im not so well versed, but same logic. Devs created some "basic" build packages. Buff many itens/skills slightly across those packges untill they start popping.

We dont need every hero having 10 perfectly balanced builds, but ideally every item should have its home without needing a bunch of niche off-hero itens and moons to align
