I solve the blurry picture and lag in my Playstation Portal

I just want to share and probably might help someone down the line. I have 900mbs connection speed on PS5 Pro and it’s wired connection but somehow I experience blurry picture and lag. My portal is connected to the same internet and no matter how near I am in the router, I still suffer from the same issue. The router is Netgear RAX200 tri-band with 15-20 devices connected and most are not internet hungry.

The router have feature called "Smart Connect”, it automatically connects each devices which it thinks is the ideal network band. When I check my router app, the Portal is connected to 2.4ghz and no way to switch it to 5ghz not unless I disable the router feature. So I turned it off and seperate the wifi bands and ended up with 3 SSID. One 2.4ghz and two seperate 5ghz, I connected the Portal to one of the 5ghz and that fixed the problem

I tried several offline games, now it’s crispy 1080p picture and no more lag. I did one whole match in Helldiver, same smooth picture and the lag is very low but negligible

Cloud streaming is not available yet in our region so everything here is about remote play. I don’t think it’s enough to play call of duty because the Portal is only wifi 5. It’s mind boggling that this is not wifi 6 capable at least because last year most of new devices are in wifi 6E already
