GameStop paused PSA submissions

Went to my local GameStop to have some cards graded. The clerk told me GS is no longer sending PSA submissions, nation wide, at this time. Apparently there have been a lot of logistical issues with the process. One example that was shared is that PSA returned the graded cards as one submission so GS has to figure out whose cards are who and pray they're are no duplicates.
