Exhaust Tips?

Hi, I got a Porsche Cayenne Base Model from 2018 and would like to know if you guys got any idea why some base models have quad exhaust tips and some got the double big silver exhausts as attached in the image below. Do base models also have the option to have quad exhaust tips or is it just the S, Turbo etc models? Was this configurable or something? Thank you guys
