Just No

Well, that's it for our 2016 Macan. Since we purchased it in 2021 we've had the following:

• Replace coolant lines and coolant crossover tubes for cracking and leaking
• Service for timing cover leak
• Engine replacement under extended warranty due to bore scoring (a new engine would have been over $40,000, the warranty would only spring for a used one for $28,000 as the car was not even worth over $40,000)
• HPFP replacement
• Now it needs ANOTHER new engine?!

Took it in for a standard service today, and they said it likely has scoring AGAIN. Note, this is a completely different engine, and we've serviced this thing religiously.

I'm not sure what we're going to do. It's not easy to just get rid of a car you financed, and our extended warranty we were told quite firmly, would only cover another $11,000 of work.

Absolutely FUCK Porsche, this car has been nothing but a nightmare.
