Fair offer?

This 2014 981 with 52k miles came up for sale. It’s not exactly what I was looking for but figured if I could get it for a “good deal” I’d go for it. Offered $33,500 pending a PPI. It is decently optioned, Sport Chrono, PPK (was hoping for manual), Sound package…Did I low ball with the offer, fair, or is it worth less?
