Nursing in Portugal

Hello. I'm an American RN with 10 years of bedside experience and an associate degree. I'm thinking of moving to Portugal. What are the typical hours a nurse works? Is it three 12s in one week or something else? Is the work life balance good? Can I afford to live there with a family of four? And is being a nurse in Portugal a good job? Thank you
