Is The Doctor the most overrated character ever in this sub? I see people saying he could defeat Naruto (kid version), but Doc has always been portrayed as an AVERAGE HUMAN (regardless of backstory), in fact he gets manhandled in situations where basic martial arts would be enough to bail out.
