Decipher access?

Male 78 rated favorable intermediate based on a minority of one lesion rated Gleason 3,4. Doc recommends active surveillance and I'm cool with it. He ordered a genome biomarker test but my Medicare Advantage plan denied coverage. Anyone been here before?
