an incredible release

I'm in the middle of a flare up and today I'm sitting in a bar with some friends I recently met, in short they are crazy people who like to make fun of each others and are positive and not ashamed of anything, so we touch on the topic of girls and one of them mentions that when he was with one girl, afterwards it burned a lot when he was peeing and that he was on antibiotics (and by the way he mentions that it was not like usual when you catch a cold, but it was burn stronger) and i am like wtf how you mean "usual" do you feel sometimes burning when you pee ? i asked him and he is like yea its heppens from time to time, and he said that it burns even when he finishes and he still has an unpleasant feeling in his urethra, then the other guys joined in the story and said that the same thing happens to them and that it's normal, you're a man, of course you'll get burning sometimes when you pee, it happens to everyone they said, and i am like WOW! I said that I thought I was the only one and that I was very scared for my health, they started laughing like it's nothing relax, I went on to question them about other symptoms of CPPS and if they ever felt them, they said some did and some didn't, we finish that topic and continue with jokes and other stories, and so after that story, my flare up ended in a few minutes, I went to pee, the flow was strong without any pain and discomfort, I felt such relief

apparently a lot of men experience the symptoms we have they just don't pay attention to them and it doesn't cause them anxiety and other problems it seems that we overload our nervous system too much with fear which then signals to us every tingling in that area because we are constantly stressed and thinking about it

maybe the problem is in the "chronic prostatitis" diagnosis itself, when I think about it a little more, maybe many people go to the doctor and when they do all the tests and see that they are negative, the doctor just tells them that they have a little cold and they just don't stress and then people don't Google diagnosis of "chronic prostatitis" when I remember a little better if the doctor had just told me that I had a cold instead of giving me this diagnosis maybe I wouldn't be here now but like most of you I started researching what it is and I felt much worse after reading it

I wanted to share this story with you because just a simple conversation with a couple of friends made my life better at the moment and I hope this can help you to relax, you're not alone it happens to most people they just don't pay attention or think they have a little cold and that's it, while we reinforce our symptoms with our thoughts and anxiety
