When did you first play or discover Psychonauts?

I'll go first, I am really interested in how everyone discovered this game and came about playing it.

It was approximately 2005-6, my parents had saw this game in the bargain bin at the PX (military outlet). It was on sale or clearance and they bought it for me because I had just gotten my Xbox from my uncle. They thought it was a cheap and cute looking kids game. I played the hell out of that game. I have always loved it since. It is definitely my favorite game and has a special place in my heart forever!
