Gear outside the US

Context: I (infantry, OF-1 from a south American country, currently training in Europe) want to improve my gear for my coming deployments against guerrillas and drug traffic. However, finding good quality gear is a challenge in my home country, there are a lot of cheap fakes going around. I'd like to get things like some good sights for my assault rifle, good gloves for long operations in very hot weather, active ear protection and just about anything that may help me have operational success.

However, because I don't live in the land of the free, every website I find ships only to the US. Do you have any suggestions for Europe/south America? Any insights are much appreciated.
