Not all games work?

I just purchased my second R36S and I tried playing TRON Arcade version that was listed on games but nothing happens. It looks like it is ready to load then goes back to the list. This also happened with Star Wars Arcade. Same thing happened in my prior owned R36S. It stopped working and I received refund which I put towards this one.
