Light blue flag

Does anyone have the light blue flag yet? It has not come up on the wheel in earlier weeks and I have now completed week 4 at least 5 times and I have not gotten the light blue flag. In previous seasons I remember getting the flag as soon as you completed week 4 once. This allows you to accumulate extras through the wheel as you repeat week 4. However, if I don’t get it until the end, how will I ever gather more cards? Also, I am hardly getting other color flags through the wheel as it is.

I wonder if six flags will be released as regular after the event is complete. As an example, there was a food god event before I even started playing, so over a year ago. Does anyone know what that was or did you play in it? I wonder because maybe those foodgod items were only available in the event but are now just regular cards available everywhere?
