I never played Rdr2

So I actually never played the game and I hear it is out of this world and after seeing so many amazing things about it and it's details i now wanna play.secret open world treasures and random events are always fun.the map looks huge, How big of a treat am I really in for guys? I l9ve surprises (dont spoil it) Cherry on top is it's only 20$ right now
