Brynn’s mean-girl clock is running out of time

While in theory I’d like to think Brynn will change, it’s unlikely. I think people liked her in season one because she was “real” but I think she took that and ran too far with it.

She may present herself and blunt, strong and charismatic, but all I see is a self-absorbed, mean-spirited, contrived person.

She is not Jessel or anyone’s friend. I don’t think she has genuine relationships outside of the one with her brother.

If you think about it, last season there was some underlying narrative that Jessel was trying to find herself again. She was talking about not having sex with her husband and trying to find time for herself after having twins. Fast forward to this season, she seems to have found that and is happy.

Brynn will never see it like that though.

Instead of being happy for your friend who seems to have found her self confidence after having twins, you tear her down.

She wants to be a mom so bad but will tear down someone who semi-recently became a mother for something so trivial and that does not impact her in any way shape or form.

I genuinely hope Jessel confronts her at the reunion because Brynn’s confessional jabs are so mean, for quite literally no reason at all.
