Properties and billing foia’d

So apparently Marshal Barrett foia'd all of the properties in Los Santos and made a document for the cops to find out who owns what property, essentially killing investigation, and foia'd a month worth of the billing ppl made. How do yall feel about that cause imo, wasn't this trying to be avoided months ago. And a cop is already using the doc to gain information about someone that they technically need to subpoena for.
