Why are guilds kicking people?

Ive noticed guilds ive been in are kicking people (me everytime as well) and im not sure why. Im active and just playing the game. Im at 800k power, almost 900k, is that to low? (Atleast 2 of the guilds i was in averaged to 1mil power per person)
